Simply Hypertufa...

Primitive Stone Garden Decor

Did You Know...

You can place a special collection of stones, shells or anything else that looks "naturally elegant" in a hypertufa bowl or container.

You can leave your hypertufa projects in the yard for years and they will just become even more beautiful with time.

You can add legs or other details well after the project has dried and hardened.  I've added little ledges below the holes in my herb pots and pedestal legs to already hardened bowls and troughs.

You can patch many a broken edge, crack, thin spot, or other hypertufa "boo boo" with a glob of soupy mud.  Hypertufa is very forgiving.

You don't have to add a drainage hole to a hypertufa planter.  The water wicks away naturally.  Herbs and succulents do exceptionally well in hypertufa planters.

You can color your hypertufa projects by using wood stains instead of concrete colorants.  The color will be more natural.  You can add several different hues on your casted leaves.

You can let your imagination run wild with hypertufa!
